Redcurrant Jelly

The redcurrants looked ready.

We picked them and left a few for the birds. 400g.

Made 1 pot of redcurrant Jelly.

    haha, left some for the birds, it is the other way around in my garden - I had masses of redcurrents growing but I'm only getting a few!

    And they are my fav fruit too lol

    Oh well, as long as the birdies are happy :)
