Jeny's super stretchy bind off.

Have just finished bamboo sock and listening to episode 88 of Cast On podcast the other day found out about Jeny's super stretchy bind off. I usually use a sewn cast off so I thought I'd give this a go. Its really good and super stretchy. Neat as well. Cat Bordhi has done a video tutorial on You Tube
